20 min to 40 min from work place NO NEED FOR DRIVER LICENSE.
SOME APARTMENT COMPLEXES ARE IN RUSSIAN AREAS SO YOU WILL HAVE RUSSIAN STORES, RESTAURANTS AND PEOPLE SPEAK RUSSIAN.
