This is the mostly 50% percent of cost, remaining will be matched by employer. Housing is likely to be less than a mile from work. Mostly 1 person per room, but can not be more than 2. This is full equipped apartment including dishes / refrigerator / stove / etc.

The students are required to have great achievements in academic courses. Real estate & finance company provides services to the US clients as well as international clients. We have affiliated office in three other countries. Our main source of revenue were foreign investors looking to buy property in America. Due to current down market it creates new and unique opportunities which we are exploring and redirecting our firm. We are full service property management company: buying for clients, fixing, marketing, renting, evicting, and collections.

The duties:

We were basically looking for office assistance. Duties range from answering phone lines to follow up with different banks and court systems to keep the clients file update. Typing letters, dispatching work orders, logging tenants complains. Creating new files. Photo copies, receiving mails. Data entry or typing 40 words per minute. This job requires intermediate to advance knowledge of MS office (Word and Excel). Assisting in house attorney. Our position is to offer you summer job and give an opportunity for you to get expose in the US Real Estate Market and Legal side of the Industry. If you like the industry and want to pursue your career in the same industry we are able to assist you.
