Housing description:
I have a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bath available for $400.00 a month. It's on top of my other liquor store in Trenton, NJ. It's it in fair condition and was being rented for twice that amount.
Two students will live in one apartment and share its cost.

High volume businesses. I have a liquor store in Trenton and one in Ewing. I also own a deli that's one block from the liquor store in Ewing. After being trained at one location, employee may be required to work at any location. Requires a lot of computer skills and intermediate accounting skills for the managerial position. Managers who can handle my check cashing business and accounting needs, as well as handling orders for wine and liquor will be paid more. General laborer and cashier will be paid in the $8.00-$8.50 range.t
