As far as housing, there is an apartment above the store with four bedrooms, a kitchen, bath, and laundry facilities. There is also a deck they can use after store hours. I would ask $300 per month per person with a $300 refundable deposit. They would be responsible, along with any other boarders, in keeping their rooms and the common areas clean. Each bedroom has it's own lock, so their possessions would be safe. Medora is in an area where housing is hard to find, so I think $300 is reasonable, but please let me know if this is an issue in having good workers come to work here.

I can guarantee 32 hours per week for the workers and they can take a second job once they get settled into this job. The store hours in the summer are 9am to 7:30 pm every day, so an evening job or working at the second job on their days off would be a possibility; however, this job would be the priority. I would pay $8 per hour. Overtime may be a possibility, but they shouldn't plan on it. If there is overtime, they would be paid time and a half or $12 per hour. Tips are not a part of this job, as it's not that kind of business.
