It is a two-bedroom house with kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. The rent charged is basically just to pay for utilities.

4 students needed with 2 of them coming to work preferably from May 1, and the other 2 coming to work preferably till Sept 30. Our little town is surrounded by state and National parks and our scenery and beautiful area is one in a million! We get visitors from around the world coming here to see the beauty and hike our beautiful canyons! Responsibilities: housekeeping includes cleaning rooms(making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms). Laundry(washing, drying, folding, and putting away sheets and towels). Possibly, some help will be needed in maintance(painting) and gardening(raking, pulling weeds, trimming trees and bushes). There is opportunity to work in the front office depending on the candidates' English, responsibility, dependability, friendliness, and willingness. The students can also have other opportunities to work with a Bed and Breakfast, Recreational Vehicle park, and a restaurant. We need honest, dependable, responsible, friendly, personnel. Experience in housekeeping as a plus! English: preferably Upper Intermediate and higher.

The dress code is black or blue pants/slacks; comfortable, fully covered shoes, and modest short sleeve or long sleeve shirts/blouses. Comfortable working shoes for inside and outside Do not forget to bring a light coat and sweatshirts
