Victoria historic home (2 1/2) 4900 sq footage: Family orientation (south hospitality): Co-ed (female & male) living quarters. Open kitchen; 3 refrigerator (can provide refrigerator in personal room); 2-4 per room very spacious; Jacuzzi's room; exercise room; outdoor pool (summer); sun-room; 2nd floor patio with outdoor movie occasionally; less than 1/4 mile from office building.
English proficiency for all students.
For maintenance (5 years plus experience).
Director Asst.: proficiency in Microsoft Office; typing; phone answering; faxing; copying; scheduling; interpersonal skills
HR/Student Services Rep: filing; typing; computer skills (Microsoft Office); input information in Database; register and enroll students; students & employee file must be keep accurate and all information forms must be submit; email exchange proficiency; interpersonal skills
Accounting/FA Rep: keep student files; accept payment; document transaction; make deposit; maintain expenses and income records; etc
Marketing Asst: computer skills a MUST. Website design a plus. design and create marketing products; rep. school with director/s or without at different recruiting events; maintain website;etc
Work Attire: Dress to Impression (business casual) Jeans on Friday.
Appropriate Attire: Blouse, Polo Shirts, Sweaters, pants, dress, skirts, etc
NO SWEATS OR JOGGING PANTS; NO SHORT SHORTS: NO BELLY SHIRTS; No Open toe shorts
